Sherri Lynn is a Certified Breathwork Facilitator • Vibroacoustic Therapy Practitioner • NeuroSomatic Practitioner. She creates a safe space for individuals to reconnect with themselves through intentional breath.

A dedicated mom of two and a dog lover, Sherri understands the demands of daily life and the importance of self-care. Her journey into breathwork was fueled by a deep desire to help others break free from survival mode and embrace vulnerability.

Through her work, Sherri aims to inspire others to breathe, release, and heal.
