Information
What is Breathwork?
Conscious circular breathing — a practice that bypasses the analytical mind so your body can finally process what it's been holding.
The Practice
Two-part connected breath — inhale and exhale through the mouth with no pause. Sustained over 45–60 minutes, set to carefully curated music, your nervous system shifts into a deep state of release.
The Container
Trauma-informed pacing. Eye covers, blankets, gentle music, and a facilitator holding space throughout. No pushing, no performance, no pressure. You stay sovereign over your own experience.
The Outcome
Most participants leave lighter — emotionally clear, physically relaxed, somatically reconnected. Some have powerful insights. Some simply rest. There is no right experience.
