Information you provide. Name, email address, phone number, and any other details you share through our contact form, booking platform (Cal.com), event registrations, or direct communications with Sherri.

Account information for administrators. If you sign in to the admin area using Google, we receive your name, email, profile picture, and the OAuth permissions you grant (including read/write access to your Google Calendar, used only to sync events scheduled through this site).

Automatically collected data. Standard log information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and approximate location. We use Google Analytics to understand traffic patterns and improve the site.

Cookies. We use a small number of essential cookies (for sign-in sessions) and analytics cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time; some site features may stop working.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your inquiries and provide breathwork services.
• To schedule, confirm, and remind you of sessions and events.
• To sync events you create as an administrator with your Google Calendar so you can manage them from one place.
• To send occasional updates about classes, retreats, or programs (only if you opt in).
• To maintain the security of the site and prevent abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Google API Services User Data Policy

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Calendar data accessed via your Google account is used solely to create, update, and delete events that you (or another authorized administrator) explicitly create within this site’s admin dashboard. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for unrelated purposes. You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share limited information only with:

• Service providers that help us operate the site (hosting on Microsoft Azure, database via Supabase, booking via Cal.com, forms via Formspree, analytics via Google).
• Legal authorities when required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing sherrilynnbreathwork@gmail.com.

6. Your Rights
