1. Not Medical Advice

Breathwork is a self-exploration and wellness practice. It is not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, or professional advice. Information on this site is for educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new breathwork or wellness practice, especially if you have a medical condition.

2. Health Disclosures & Contraindications

Breathwork can produce intense physical and emotional responses. It may not be appropriate for individuals with:

• Pregnancy
• Severe cardiovascular disease, recent heart attack, or stroke
• Uncontrolled high blood pressure
• Aneurysm (personal or family history)
• Epilepsy or seizure disorders
• Glaucoma or retinal detachment
• Severe asthma
• Psychiatric conditions including bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or active psychosis
• Recent surgery or physical injury

You agree to disclose any medical or psychological condition before participating. If in doubt, do not participate without clearance from your physician.

3. Assumption of Risk & Release

You participate in breathwork sessions voluntarily and at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Sherri Lynn Breathwork, Sherri Lynn, and our staff and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your participation, except those caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

4. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

Sessions and events are booked through Cal.com or direct arrangement. Payment is due at booking unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion. No-shows and late cancellations are generally non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, imagery, recordings, and the Sherri Lynn Breathwork name and logo — is owned by Sherri Lynn Breathwork or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access for violations.

7. Third-Party Services

This site links to and uses third-party services (Cal.com, Formspree, Google, Supabase, Microsoft Azure). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimers

The site and all services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sherri Lynn Breathwork will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with an updated Effective Date.
