A plain-English tour of how bookings, waivers, and check-ins work. Everything below happens automatically — you just watch it work.

From first click to front door

    Client books online

    They visit sherrilynnbreathwork.com, pick a date and time, pay, and get a confirmation email — all automatic.

  2. 2

    Confirmation email arrives

    The site emails them right away with the session details and a link to sign their waiver.

  3. 3

    Client signs the waiver online

    They sign on their phone or computer before they ever arrive — no paperwork at the door.

  4. 4

    Client arrives at the studio

    They tap the check-in kiosk on the way in. Takes about 5 seconds.

    You see it on your end

    Your admin shows who's arriving, who's checked in (green), and who still needs a waiver (amber) — all in one place.

Who does what

Four lanes, one system. You only own the top lane — the rest runs itself.

You (Sherri)

  • Set your available days & times — done once, update anytime
  • See all upcoming bookings automatically (no manual entry)
  • Get notified if a client hasn't signed their waiver
  • View today's check-in roster: green = checked in, amber = needs waiver

The Client

  • Visits the website, picks a time, pays
  • Gets a confirmation email with a waiver link
  • Signs the waiver from their phone before they arrive
  • Taps the kiosk at the studio to check in

Common questions

Do I have to do anything when someone books?+

No. Bookings, payment, confirmation emails, and waiver links all happen automatically. You only need to look at your admin to see what's coming up.

What if a client forgets to sign the waiver?+

Their row on the Bookings page shows an amber 'No waiver on file' badge. You can tap 'Open waiver link' to send them the form again or have them sign at the kiosk when they arrive.

How do I add a new event or class?+

Open the Events tab in the sidebar and click 'New event'. Fill in the title, date, price, and image. It goes live on the site automatically.

How do I change my available times?+

Open the Schedule tab. Add or remove time slots — clients only see what you've made available.

Where do I see who paid?+

The Transactions tab shows every payment. Bookings shows every appointment.

What is the kiosk?+

An iPad at the studio door. Clients tap their name and they're checked in. You see it on your Dashboard immediately.
